Standard products

Standard packaging types

  • High power series (Box HP)

The output power ranging from 25W to 200W and fiber core diameters of 200μm and 400μm. The products are ideal for applications requiring high-power laser pumping, such as material processing, medical treatments, and industrial manufacturing.

 

  • Multi-wavelength series (Box MW)

Multi wavelength series combine 2 to 4 wavelengths, offering output power options ranging from 0.005W to 15W and fiber core diameters of 200μm and 400μm. This series is specifically engineered to cater to applications requiring multiple wavelengths, such as spectroscopy, fluorescence imaging, and biomedical research, where precision and versatility are paramount.

 

  • Medium power series (Box MP)

Offering output power options of 10W, 15W, and 25W, with fiber core diameters of 400μm, the medium power series ensures robust performance in demanding industrial environments. Its precise central wavelengths and low spectral widths make it well-suited for laser welding, cutting, marking, and laser therapy applications.

 

  • Coaxial series (coaxial)

The 405nm coaxial packaging is ideal for LDI, CTP applications. Other wavelengths and output powers are available. The series has abundant applications such as laser indication, laser therapy, advanced manufacturing and more.

 

Standard Models

e.g. DM450&650&980-4&0.5&8-H5-200-Xm-SMA

  • DM: Diode laser modules
  • 450&650&980: This is a multi-wavelength module. The wavelengths are 450nm, 650nm and 980nm. In case of a single wavelength module, only one wavelength is needed. Other wavelengths or wavelength combinations please refer to the following models
  • 4&0.5&8: This is the output power for a multi-wavelength module. The output power for the multi-wavelength lasers is 4W, 0.5W and 8W respectively. In case of a single wavelength module, only one output power is needed. Other output power or output power combinations please refer to the following models
  • H5: Package type. Other package types please refer to the following tables. The details of the package are listed following the table.
  • 200: Fiber core diameter, other core diameters refer to the table below
  • xm: fiber length can be chosen from 0.5m,1m, 1.5m, 2m, etc. please contact zhu@sanxupt.com for more information.
  • SMA: SMA905 connector type, other connectors available: FC/PC, FC/APC, etc.. Please contact zhu@sanxupt.com for more information.
