RGB Free Space white lasers
RGB free space white laser combines Red Laser, Green Laser and Blue laser into one beam. The adopted RGB laser diodes are single transverse laser diodes.
RGB Free space white lasers can be widely applied in applications which need higher WPE efficiency and higher output power. The direct emission of the RGB white laser beam makes it easier for beam shaping and manipulation. In scenarios where polarization maintaining needed, no additional optical parts such as PM fibers requested. And in the AR applications, the RGB free space white lasers can reach extreme compact size without the fiber port. However, to combine the beams in free space across a vast wavelengths range while considering of the polarization, coherent and beam quality is challenging. In the application of the RGB lasers, the various request for beam shaping and manipulation is also daunting. The company has strengths in the field to deliver standard as well as highly customized products.
The company supplies standard products of RGB white laser with wavelength combination of 450/520/638nm, 488/520/638nm, 405/488/638nm, 450/520/660nm. Standard package is provided. The company also provides customization services as following.
Customization services
- Beam shaping: whether its round or ellipse shape, collimated or focused, expanded or shredded, we can manage the beam according to the request
- More wavelengths: The engineering team can combine up to 5 different wavelengths in free space. The wavelengths can be chosen from diode lasers or solid-state lasers
- Higher power: The output power can be much higher in single mode, up to 200mW and more
- Micro Package: The AR scenario which needs extreme size can be provided
- Laser Driving: MPD, TEC cooling, CW, APC or Pulse laser drivers can be integrated
