RGB Single-mode fiber-coupled white lasers

RGB single-mode fiber coupled white laser combines Red Laser, Green Laser and Blue laser into one single-mode fiber. The single-mode fiber ensures the output laser beam is in a single transverse mode.

Single-mode fiber-coupled white laser has superior performances. The M2 is less than 1.1. The asymmetry of fast and slow axes of EEL beams can be turned into symmetry after passing through single-mode fibers. The single-mode fiber enhances the beam divergence of R, G, and B laser beams. Yet, maintaining the long-term stability and reliability of RGB single-mode fiber-coupled white lasers require experience and technical expertise, which the company fully possesses.

The company supplies standard products of RGB white laser with wavelength combination of 450/520/638nm, 488/520/638nm, 405/488/638nm, 450/520/660nm. Standard package is provided. The company also provides customization services as following.

Customization services

  • PM fibers: In case of maintaining the polarization state of the lasers, polarization-maintaining-fiber is optional.
  • Fiber collimators: To achieve a collimated output beam, achromatic fiber collimators can be installed.
  • More wavelengths: The engineering team can combine up to 5 different wavelengths with output from a fiber or free space. The wavelengths can be chosen from diode lasers or solid-state lasers.
  • Higher power: The output power of single-mode fiber can be up to 100mW or more. The company can combine several diodes into one fiber to increase the output power.
  • Micro Package: In AR or other scenarios needing extreme compact sizes.
  • Laser Driving: MPD, NTC, TEC, laser driver (CW, APC or Pulse) can be integrated.

RGB free-space white lasers: The company also provides RGB free-space white lasers, please refer to the link for more information. Please contact Alex.zhu@sanxupt.com for details.
